Primary
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Identify, plan, and implement new target market initiatives

- Setting targets for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those targets
- Training business development staff
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Master’s degree/ Diploma in management or social science will be an added advantage
Experience
- 2-5 years of the niche merchant on-boarding experience in UK market
- Understanding of forex, remittance and international fund transfer requirements and experience will be an added advantage.
Key Skills
- Communication skills: Community development managers must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are must-have.
- Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is must. Urdu and/ or any other Indian/ Asian language will be an added advantage.
- Organizational skills: Multi-tasking – The right candidate be comfortable working numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, deadlines tasks on track.
- Time-management skills: Community development managers must understand how to prioritize their time, managing a calendar and adjusting their schedule as needed.
